Forum Terms and Conditions of Use
By accessing the Cape Cod British Car Club Forum (hereinafter
“we”, “us”, “our”, “www.CapeCodBritishCarClub.org”, “http://www.capecodbritishcarclub.org/Casper”),
you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be
legally bound by all of those terms and conditions then please do not access
and/or use the Cape Cod British Car Club Forum. We may change these terms &
conditions at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would
be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of the Cape
Cod British Car Club Forum after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by

legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this forum.

your consent, neither the Cape Cod British Car Club, Ltd nor phpBB shall be held
responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
The Cape Cod British Car Club, Ltd. desires to promote a
clean, healthy, respectful atmosphere where people are not afraid to ask
questions, participate in this community and generally have a good time
discussing the things we love most – British Cars, Club Events and Related
Activities.
The Cape Cod British Car Club, Ltd. provides this forum as a service to the
British Car Enthusiasts. Access to this Forum is a privilege that we grant. In
using it, you acknowledge these guidelines and accept your responsibility in
maintaining the value of the Forum. You remain solely responsible for the
content of your posted messages. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold
harmless the owners of this forum, any related websites to this forum, its
staff, and its subsidiaries. The Cape Cod British Car Club, Ltd. also reserves
the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on
this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from
any situation caused by your use of this forum.
The Cape Cod British Car Club, Ltd. has the sole right but
not the duty to monitor the discussion forum content. However, it is
impossible for the Cape Cod British Car Club, Ltd., Forum Administrator, or
Moderator(s) to confirm the validity of posts. We do not warrant the accuracy,
completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. All postings on this
forum (and content) are the views and opinions of the author and in no way
reflect the view or opinion of the Board of Governors of the Cape Cod British
Car Club, Ltd. or their officers or membership.
The discussion forum will be moderated by a Forum
Administrator and Moderator(s) who report to the Board of Governors. Any
postings can be removed at the discretion of either a forum moderator or
administrator; however it is impossible for the moderator to monitor every
posting in a timely manner. If you see something that is against the Terms and
Conditions of Use and/or Rules of this forum, please report it to an

The following rules shall govern the use of this forum:
1.
Users agree not to post any material that is protected by copyright,
trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the
owner(s) of said copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. This includes
but is not limited to trade names or service marks, magazine, book and newspaper
scans, television broadcasts and copyrighted photos and pictures.
2.
Personal attacks are not permitted. Users may not post any information,
materials or links which are knowingly false, inaccurate, defamatory, abusive,
vulgar, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, or in any way in violation of
local or state laws. The moderator reserves the right to remove posts that are
in violation of the foregoing in the sole discretion of the moderator.
Moderator also reserves the right to remove posts that are off-topic.
3.
Unnecessary and unproductive complaining will not be tolerated on this
forum. Posts containing such will immediately be closed and/or deleted.
4.
You may not post any chain letters, links to any obscene or offensive
content, and links to any URL for the purpose of spamming.
5.
Users may not suggest or encourage illegal activity.
6.
Any materials deemed inappropriate, offensive, inaccurate or detrimental
to the Cape Cod British Car Club, Ltd. or its activities will be removed from
the discussion forum by the moderator at his/her sole discretion, without
liability for so doing.
These policies will be enforced through user infractions and when necessary
editing or deleting posts or threads. Users who commit serious or repeated
infractions will be banned, either temporarily or permanently.
While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate
everything. Consequently, we reserve the right to take any actions we deem
appropriate to ensure the Forum is not disrupted or abused, and that will ensure
its continuation as a source of information and inspiration.
